We recommend at least three one hour visits, consisting of two parts. Consultation with a treatment specialist precedes every course of treatment, which itself is divided into the two stages and lasts about approximately one hour.

It is advisable that you maintain a healthy balanced diet throughout your procedures. Your body will need low-fat foods and lots of liquids - 2l units a day is the required minimum and the most effective options are water, green and red tea and vegetable juices. Drinking lots of liquids enables the efficient removal of fat from the body and relieves the liver. Higher levels of physical activity will also help your body to get rid of the unneeded fatty tissue.
